He said the uniqueness of Onoge’s advocacy was in linking the deprivation of the people of the Niger-Delta to the larger Nigerian oppressed humanity, adding that his approach to the Niger-Delta struggle demonstrated great faith in constitutional means.

He urged members of the public to deal directly with the Immigration in their procurement of the passport in order to avoid the extortionist activities of touts in the society, warning also that apprehended touts would be handed over to the police for prosecution.
