Anambra-South senatorial district : A/Court reviews decision Feb. 2

The Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu, last week adjourned till this Thursday, to review the decision of another panel of the court, which nullified the election of Senator Andy Uba, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senator representing Anambra-South Senatorial District, following a compliaint by Uba to the National Judicial Council, NJC, over alleged bias by the first panel.

How violence aborted Jonathan’s visits to Bayelsa

This is certainly not the best of times for President Goodluck Jonathan given the spate of bomb attacks rocking the country.
