He added that “To deal with the complexities of climate change, there’s the need to engage citizens in meaningful influential dialogue and provide for them some definite responsibilities in the struggle for climate justice and a clean energy future.”

By Abdulwahab Abdulah Youths from Ndokwa area of  Delta State, under the auspice of Ndokwa Youths Congress (NYC), have said granting amnesty to Niger Delta militants will not solve the problems confronting the region if the Federal Government fails to provide amenities that would improve the lives of the people of the area.

“Believe me, the present crisis we have in the Niger-Delta is as a result of the mismanagement of the funds from the region and I think this one is another step in that direction and by the time you go and establish such an institution in the North, the youths will be angry with the federal government”
