It been over a month that members of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities and Educational Institutions have been on strike. Indeed NASU commenced a nationwide strike on July 8, 2009 . The strike coincided with that of the Academic Staff Union of Universities and the Senior Staff Association ( SSANU).
