PENGASSAN faults Government contract to foreign firm
Mr Aniekan Akpan, PENGASSAN Abuja Branch Chairman, has faulted the contracting of 21 crude oil terminals for pre-shipment inspection to a foreign firm by the Federal Government.In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Friday, Akpan stated that it was a drain on the economy.
