M-NET last week in Lagos formerly launched its newly revamped flagship programme, Studio 53 Extra at a party held at the Rehab club on Victoria Island. Named in honour of the 53 countries in the Africa union, the new Studio 53 Extra will be more red carpet focused than its previous lifestyle tilt. The repackaged show will also counts down the best looking football stars on the African continent.

The event also saw M-NET formerly present two of its presenters to the public. They are, Eku Edewor, a gorgeous graduate of new York film Academy and Dolapo Oni who trained at the Academy of Live and Recording Arts in the UK.

The party drew friends, viewers of the programme as well as a fine crop of celebrities from the entertainment industry.

An excited Dolapo who couldn’t contain her excitement on being chosen a presenter says, “it’s been extremely exciting and I am having such a great time working with my co-host”
