Urhobo Media Practitioners Forum, UMPF, has commended the Chairman of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC,  Dr. Godwin Ebosa, Managing Director of DESOPADEC, Olorogun Williams Makinde and the entire board  for their selfless services to the oil producing communities since they assumed office.

President of the forum, Prince Orhomonokpaye, in Sapele, during the group’s monthly meeting, described the DESOPADEC team as a unique combination working for the upliftment  of oil producing communities.

Orhomonokpaye said:  ‘’We want to put the record straight that the board has not done anything wrong as was claimed by an ethnic nationality.

‘’We also urge all oil producing ethnic nationalities to work with the board to meet their development demands. We encourage the board to continue its good work which  will be its legacy after service.’’
