Delta State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Chief Sunny Onuesoke, says Chief Thomas Ekpemukpolo, the father of ex- militant, Chief Government Ekpemukpolo (alias) Tompolo, died when his wealth of experience was most needed.

Extolling the virtues of the deceased while speaking to journalists in Warri, Delta State, yesterday, Onuesuke described Ekpemukpolo as a successful businessman, philanthropist, educator, a lover of children, grassroots mobilizer and community leader who gained the respect, trust and love of the people.

“This is to render my deepest heartfelt condolences to the Ekpemukpolo’s family for the loss of their father when his wealth of experience was most needed”, he said.

Onuesoke prayed God to grant the deceased’s immediate family the courage and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
