THE Federal Ministry of Information and Culture has endorsed a new book, entitled: The Beauties of Nigeria with a view to telling the Nigerian story in a fitting perspective.

A statement by the author, Mr. Bonaventure Melah said the government’s action was informed by the fact that the book provided clarity to various socio-cultural misconceptions about the country.

The 400-page book, he said, is a relevant contribution to Nigeria’s perception management as well as showcasing investment opportunities in the country.

His words: “The ‘Beauties of Nigeria’ is a projection of Nigeria’s unique selling points to the world. That is to say, a celebration of the various Nigerian positives, from its weather, beautiful landscapes, to its honest, cheerful and accommodating people.
