The lawmaker representing Ojo Federal Constituency in the lower legislative chamber, Hon. Tajudeen Obasa has urged Nigerian workers to remain dedicated to the course of building a great nation.

In a statement released by his media aide, Mr Opeyemi Ahmed, the lawmaker adumbrated the role of a worker in transforming the nation and referred to them as the “engine room of a nation”.

The statement reads ” Building effective and committed workforce imbedded with motivation and necessary packages is the panacea needed to propel accelerated development in the country”

“A nation with a well structured civil service will remain a great nation, calling for change without restructuring the system won’t bring the desired results”

Obasa averred by spurring the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress(NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) to remain committed in calling the attention of the government to the challenges witnessed by the great Nigerian workers.
