Ado Ekiti—The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, in Ekiti State, yesterday, disclosed that no fewer than four deaths were recorded in 16 road traffic crashes in the state during the Christmas and New Year festive period.

Speaking with Vanguard in Ado-Ekiti yesterday, FRSC Sector Commander in the state, Mr. Stanley Chinedum, said 11 people were critically injured in the accident involving 114 people.

He added that five persons were jailed for seven days each by its mobile court in Oye for disrupting the Corps activities.
