According to a press statement signed the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr. Andrew Enwerem, a deputy superintendent of police, warned that those, who do not have permanent voters card, should distance themselves from the voting centres.
The police also said that “there will be total restriction” between 8am and 5pm today.
