Nasarawa PDP sets up reconciliatory c’ttee to pacify aggrieved members

LAFIA—The Nasarawa State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has concluded arrangement to reconcile all aggrieved candidates, who contested and lost in the primary elections at the various levels under the party.

The recently concluded primary elections, which did not favour some staunch and loyal members of the party, who contested is creating fears in the minds of some state executive, that a repeat of what happened in 2011 election where most aggrieved members engaged in anti-party politics that led to their loss to Congress for Progressive Change, CPC.

Meanwhile, the governorship candidate, Alhaji Yusuf Agabi and all the candidates under the party were formerly presented with the party flag. The candidates promised not the disappoint the party and the people of Nasarawa State if elected.
