 ABUJA -PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan has delegated the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to present the 2014 budget at the Joint session of the National Assembly.

This was contained in the letter the president wrote to the Senate where he notified the upper legislative chamber that the minister would be performing the budget presentation which is expected to take place Thursday.
