Sequel to the sudden reversal by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC,  that pre-paid meters are no longer free, electricity consumers across  the country are still finding it difficult to  get the meters.

This is in spite the claim by some officials  of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN,  that the pre-paid meters have been  distributed to end users  through the  Distribution Company, DISCO networks,  across the country.
