The Police in Lagos yesterday said they were investigating the death of a 65-year-old man who allegedly slumped and died while having sex with his wife.

Preliminary investigation, according to sources at the Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Yaba, revealed that the deceased, identified as Musibau Kadiri, was diabetic and hypertensive.

His 30-year-old widow, Mutiatu Kadiri, had last Friday raised alarm from their Temidire,Dopemu abode,on noticing his husband gasping for breath.

Neighbours were said to have rushed into the apartment where the widow was reportedly seen pouring water on her husband.

Effort by the concerned neighbours said to have administered first aid treatment aimed at resuscitating Musibau , a retired soldier, failed as he reportedly died.

Meanwhile, detectives at the Homicide section of SCID have also begun investigation into the death of a middle aged man whose lifeless body was at the weekend discovered in a commercial bus along the Ibadan expressway.

The deceased who was later identified as Madueke Nwosu, reportedly boarded the commercial bus with number plate  XN 725 KTU from Owerri, Imo State, heading for Lagos.

But midway into the journey, Madueke reportedly took ill and was later discovered dead at Berger, when a passenger was about alighting.
