White shirts used to suggest business_wear, but the classic look was given a spin several years ago when Sharon Stone  wore a white Gap shirt with  voluminous satin skirt to the Oscars.
Women’s white shirts are part of this season’s  trends, taking on an identity of their own, not just for work but as  a statement shirt of high fashion for evening and casual.

Shirts with ruffles, pleats and pussy cat bows, are all dressy shirts that can go from formal to casual and evening  depending on how well you team it.

Let the shirt speak for itself by teaming it with classic jeans, or for evening, simple, well cut black pants or  elegant skirt. Go with some fashion forward accessories by adding some statement shoes and a great bag.
High waist skirts are so in right now. You can wear it with a statement shirt, with coloured trousers or skirts, and  do accessorise a bit so that you will not look too casual. If you have a small waist, wear a waist belt because it  will definitely flatter your figure, as it keeps the attraction upwards.
