Delta lawmaker’s wife abducted

WIFE of the member representing Bomadi Local Government constituency in Delta State House of Assembly, Mr. Kenneth Preyor, was, weekend, abducted by gunmen at Kpakiama  town in Bomadi  council.

Vanguard  Newspaper gathered that the suspected kidnappers, who were armed, stormed the legislator’s residence at 11p.m., and whisked Mrs. Campaign Preyor to an unknown destination.

A reliable source told Vanguard that the woman was taken away in a waiting speedboat, adding that the kidnappers were yet to establish contact with the family of their victim.

When Vanguard  Newspaper contacted, state Police Public Relation Officer, Mr Charles Muka confirmed the incident. He said the police was on top the issue and expressed hope that the suspected abductors would be brought to book.
