Mob lynch bandit for snatching workers’ salary

By Emma Amaize, Warri

AN irate mob, weekend, in Warri, Delta state, lynched a suspected bandit, who snatched workers’ salary from a staff of a private company.

Four persons were, however, hit by stray bullets in the hot chase for members of the robbery gang.

Saturday Vanguard gathered that the robbery gang, which operated on a motor cycle, snatched the salary of workers at Enerhen Junction, Warri, but  one of them was pursued to Okoro Street by a crowd.

He shot intermittently into the air to scare the people and was shot severally with a pump action gun by a citizen, but the bullets could not penetrate because of his alleged fetish power.
