Coloplus Worldwide Service Limited, a subsidiary of Fusewall Holdings, has announced the appointment of telecommunications industry veteran, John Dodge, as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director.

The company said the appointment is part of its strategy to strengthen leadership, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate growth in the telecommunications infrastructure and digital solutions space.

In a statement, Coloplus Worldwide Service noted that Dodge brings more than 35 years of international experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning both passive and active infrastructure deployment and operations.

According to the company, Dodge has worked across six continents and numerous countries, giving him extensive cultural and professional expertise in managing diverse teams and delivering complex projects in challenging environments.

The company stated: “Mr. Dodge possesses a rare blend of global experience, technical expertise and leadership capability. His proven ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams and maintain a strong focus on client requirements has earned him a distinguished reputation within the global telecommunications sector.”

It added that throughout his career, Dodge has consistently demonstrated excellence in operational management, project delivery and stakeholder engagement, earning recognition for his disciplined work ethic and commitment to quality standards.

“His focused, flexible, dedicated and proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with his ability to remain calm under pressure, has enabled him to successfully navigate challenging situations while driving teams toward common objectives,” the statement said.
