…as Laurent launches lingerie brand
By Benjamin Njoku
Laurent Oluwadamilola Chantals, CEO of Her Chantals, has taken it upon herself to lessen the burden of busty ladies as she launches a lingerie brand catering specifically to them.
The brand, ‘Her Chantals’, debuted last weekend with a set of three bras and will soon expand its range. Located in Lagos’ high-end Lekki area, customers can shop physically or online, with bra sizing services available.
Chantals aims to solve the common problem of finding comfortable, stylish bras for busty women.
“As a busty lady myself, I wanted other women to feel beautiful and comfortable,” Laurent said.
Speaking on the struggles busty women face finding comfortable, stylish bras, Laurent said “Many companies make ugly bras for them, and as a busty lady myself, I want to feel comfortable.”
She also blames the busty women for not knowing their bra sizes. “This is because a majority of them don’t know their bra sizes. Finding a bra size is a major problem for some busty ladies,” she said.
Her brand, Chantals, aims to fill this gap, offering sizes 44D to 44H.
The influencer with a strong social media presence, and entrepreneur started with clothes, transitioning to lingerie to cater to busty women like herself. “I wanted other women to feel beautiful and comfortable,” she said. “I want to see where my audiences are and focus on those places,” she said. Laurent plans to expand Chantals to the UK and beyond, focusing on where her audiences are.
