…hails quality in party leadership 

Prominent Edo politician, Roland Igbadumhe, popularly known as “Youngest Old Man,” has extended a heartfelt congratulatory message to the newly elected Deputy Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Edo State chapter, Sylvester Aigbobo, on the occasion of his birthday. 

The message underscores Igbadumhe’s admiration for Aigbobo’s growing influence within the party and his contributions to political development in the state.

Aigbobo recently emerged as one of the key figures elected during the recent Edo State APC Congress held in Benin City, where party delegates selected members of the executive working team tasked with steering the affairs of the party into the next political season. 

Aigbobo’s emergence has been widely viewed as a strategic move aimed at strengthening the party’s structure and unity across the state.

In his goodwill message, Roland Igbadumhe, a celebrated entertainer who gained prominence performing at shows such as Night of a Thousand Laughs, AY Live, and Crack Ya Ribs, commended Aigbobo for his steadfast commitment to the APC and his role in fostering cohesion among party members. 

He noted that Aigbobo’s leadership qualities will continue to inspire confidence within political and social circles in Edo APC and beyond.

Roland Igbadumhe further expressed optimism that Aigbobo’s new age would usher in renewed energy for the APC in Edo State, strengthening the party’s capacity to support the government’s transformative agenda. 

Beyond entertainment, Roland Igbadumhe has carved a niche in civic engagement and philanthropy, having served as Senior Special Assistant on Entertainment to former Edo State governor Adams Oshiomhole, while also championing grassroots initiatives such as building an orphanage in Okpekpe and supporting widows and youth through various empowerment programmes.
