Ughoron Group launches off-plan housing model for quality homes in Benin

Ughoron Investment Limited (Ughoron Group) has unveiled a revamped Off-Plan building model aimed at making high-quality, modern housing more accessible, transparent, and affordable for residents and investors in Benin City.

The new system — already active at Ere Villa and set to roll out across all upcoming Ughoron estates — bundles every aspect of home acquisition into one fixed-price package. Under the model, subscribers receive land, documentation, architectural designs, and full construction, eliminating the separate fees and hidden charges often associated with traditional real estate purchases.

Buyers can choose from standardized designs, including contemporary bungalows and spacious duplexes. All units come fully finished, with optional upgrades such as complete furnishing, solar inverter systems, smart locks, and full smart-home technology — features typically uncommon in entry-level and mid-range developments.

In announcing the initiative, Ughoron Group Founder and CEO Imasuen Amowie Izoduwa said the goal is to simplify the homeownership process while restoring trust in the property market.

“People want honesty, structure and results,” Izoduwa said. “With Off Plans, subscribers don’t have to worry about separate payments for documentation, drawings or construction. We give them one price, one process and one guaranteed delivery — a complete home they can see, touch and be proud of.”

The company highlighted Ere Villa as a proof of concept, noting that infrastructure such as gatehouses, round-the-clock CCTV surveillance, on-site security personnel, and a functional police station are already in place. Ughoron also provides constant updates for clients abroad, with supervised construction and comprehensive documentation throughout the process.

Alongside the housing model, Ughoron Group is promoting a real estate investment opportunity offering projected returns of 15–20% within 18 months. The package targets both local and diaspora investors seeking secure, structured, and verifiable real estate-backed ventures.

According to the company, the Off-Plan system is designed to reduce longstanding issues in Nigeria’s property sector — including hidden costs, inconsistent construction, incomplete projects, and lack of transparency — while delivering modern, world-class housing options to Benin City.
