Dr. Anthony E. Etuvoata, a distinguished Nigerian legal scholar and practitioner, has emerged as a pivotal figure in shaping legislative policies and bills in Nigeria.

With an illustrious academic and professional background, Dr. Etuvoata’s expertise has been sought by parliamentary committees, policymakers, and professional bodies, contributing to significant advancements in governance and lawmaking in the country.

Dr. Etuvoata serves as a legal adviser to several House and Parliamentary Committees, including those on Rules, Business, Legal and Judicial Matters, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Transport, Oil and Gas, Trade and Investment, Delta State Capital Development Authority, and Inter-Parliamentary Matters. His advisory role in these committees underscores his influence in crafting and refining policies that address critical sectors of Nigeria’s development.

His foundational education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Delta State University (2003–2008), a Second Class Upper Division from the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus (2009–2010), and a Diploma in Law from the College of Arts and Science, Port Harcourt (2001–2003).

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Asaba Branch, and actively participates in the NBA-SBL Section on Business Law.
