A video making rounds on social media captures several Nigerian footballers and celebrities grappling with the newly reinstated national anthem during a charity match in Uyo.
Among those struggling to recite the anthem were notable figures such as Kanu Nwankwo, Joseph Yobo, Falz, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Sabinus, Pocolee, Odumodublvck, and Super Eagles captain Troost Ekong.
Good to see Carl Ikeme and Vincent Enyeama again.

Seems OdumoduBlvck is the only one that could sing the old new national anthem. https://t.co/6imCwDcJ3W pic.twitter.com/WD44eVFyRb
The event, named “NoOnesXTEF,” was organized by the Troost Ekong Foundation
Before the game, participants lined up for the national anthem, but instead of the familiar “Arise O’ Compatriots,” the newly approved “Nigeria, We Hail Thee” was played.
A particularly humorous moment was captured when comedian Sabinus appeared unbothered by the anthem’s recitation, adding a touch of levity to the situation.
