Outspoken actress Uche Ogbodo, who married the love of her life, Bobby Maris early last year has advised her single colleagues to look inward and consider the idea of finding a life partner in the movie industry.

Ogbodo gave the advice against the backdrop of some actresses and actors who have vowed never to find love in the industry for any reason.

According to her, Nollywood actresses make the best wives even though this claim may not go down well with many people. However, Ogbodo is more concerned about saving her colleagues from being in perpetual search for a rich life partner.

The mother of two argued that your colleague understands you better than an outsider.

“My piece of advice for Nollywood actors or actresses looking for a life partner. Look within the industry, husband materials are there as well as wife materials. Marry yourselves, your fellow actor understands you and your job better than an outsider,” she advised.

“A word is enough for the wise,” the actress said, adding “I also married a Nollywood actor.”

Recall that some actors who married their colleagues like Olu Jacob and Joke Silva, Gloria and Norbert Young, Linda Ejiofor and her beau, Ibrahim Suleiman, Fidelis and Temitope Duker among others have become the best couples of all time.
