Internationally renowned serial entrepreneur, Oji Chukwuemeka Ifeanyichukwu, affectionately known as Donoji, has been bestowed with the esteemed Paul Harris Fellow Award by Rotary International.

The accolade, presented by Rotary International President Gordon R. McInally on March 21, 2024, acknowledges Donoji’s exceptional contributions to the community, particularly his involvement in the distribution of 5,000 bedkits as part of the Sleeping Children Around the World (SCAW) project in Rwanda.

Dedicated to service and advancing global understanding, Donoji has made remarkable strides in various fields, including architecture, furniture manufacturing, and youth empowerment. With a focus on nurturing young talent, he has impacted the lives of over 500 individuals through skills training initiatives and the establishment of a podcast studio aimed at amplifying startup ventures.

In Rwanda, Donoji’s endeavors extend to hospitality and real estate development, reflecting his commitment to community upliftment. As an active member of Rotary International, Donoji has spearheaded initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission to promote goodwill and peace worldwide.

Additionally, Donoji’s visionary leadership has led to the creation of the official hashtags #HopeTourRwanda for Rotary International President’s visit to Rwanda and #RYLARwanda2024 for the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) held in Rwanda. These hashtags serve as powerful symbols of unity and hope, rallying individuals around impactful initiatives and fostering a sense of community engagement.

Reflecting on his recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow, Donoji shared, “Receiving this award has reaffirmed my belief that every act of kindness, no matter how small, contributes to positive change. It inspires me to continue giving back and making a difference in my community.”

Established in 1957, the Paul Harris Fellow Program represents Rotary’s highest form of recognition for individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to community service.

Donoji’s unwavering commitment to service and his relentless pursuit of creating a better world exemplify Rotary’s core values, inspiring others to join in the quest for positive change and global harmony.
