One of Nigeria’s contemporary Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Adelani Adewuyi, born in Ibadan, with years of experience is now commanding attention in the building industry.
He’s among the few names who is building an empire with CW Real Estate, a real estate agency he founded in 2016, with the aim to build better standards of luxury properties in Africa, and around the world, he said during an interview.
Delani time at Dubia shaped his vision of the importance of an estate surveyor, while working in the real estate hub with prominent companies like Agordubai; enriched his understanding of the real estate dynamics. Upon his return to Nigeria, he practiced at numerous real estate companies, then went on to found CW Real Estate. He has surveyed leading firms like Etisalat, Erickson, Mikano, and 750 in Capital.
The attention and spotlight he has attracted to his work in Nigeria’s commercial city of Lagos, since he rose to prominence in 2018. Indeed, real estate is one of Lagos popping and lucrative industries which has brought good fortunes to the real estate industry in Nigeria. As a real estate entrepreneur, recruiting house agents yearly, it has helped in growing his firm and expanding his catalog in the country.
The Nigerian architectural space in Lagos, with structures like Banana Island, has also helped in increasing the riches, in the architecture space in the country. Aside from being the founder of CW Real Estate, Adelani the Director of Sales, Marketing & Professional Services in his company.
