Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state will next week, present a staff of office to the monarch of Ifisin-Ekiti in Ido/Osi Local Government Area of the State, Oba Pastor Michael Folarin Fabunmi, as Onifisin of Ifisin-Ekiti, Onarinla IV.

A statement by Mr. Seye Adetunmbi, Coordinator, Onifisin, Coronation Planning Committee, said the monarch will also use the occasion, scheduled to hold, October 7, 2011, to recognize some indigenes of Ifisin-Ekiti for excelling  in their respective callings.

Adetuinmbi said guests expected at the event included, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of Nigeria; Dr Adebola Adegunwa, Chairman Sterling Bank Plc; Chief Michael Ade Ojo, Founder, Elizade Group of Companies, Aare Afe Babalola SAN, founder of Afe Babalola University and Honorable Alake Moses Adeyemo, Deputy Governor of Oyo State who will be honored with the title of Otunba of Ifisin-Ekiti.
