Ladipo urges NPL members to embrace peace

President General of the Nigerian Football and other Sports Supporters club, Dr. Rafui Ladipo has urged all warring parties in the last Nigerian Premier League election to let peace prevail in the interest of the league.

Speaking to Inside Out Premier League, Ladipo said that for the league to rise from the ashes that  all stakeholders must work with the newly elected chairman, Victor Rumson Baribote.

He also appealed to all aggrieved parties to sheathe their swords and embrace peace, so that Nigerian football would grow.

“The Nigerian Premier League has taken a new shape, with the swearing in of Victor Baribote as the new chairman.. I am appealing to everybody concerned to embrace peace because without peace, there will be no progress. I want all of them to work with the new chairman so that we can make our league what we want it to be,” Ladipo said.
