The young man (names withheld) was caught at Erho Mixed Secondary School , Erho-Abraka by the State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Professor Patrick Muoboghare as he led other officials to monitor the ongoing West African Senior School Certificate Examination for private candidates.
He was upon interrogation, confessed that he was commissioned to write the English Language paper “for one Miss Mbanugo Chidinma Precious who he claimed to be a victim of the Jos ethno-religious crisis”.

He warned those interested in perpetuating the act to steer clear from the examination centres in their own interest as the ministry would ensure that anyone caught would be dealt with decisively.
