Asaba – GOVERNOR Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State, yesterday, sent five more Commissioner-nominees to the state House of Assembly for confirmation.

The governor had earlier appointed 22 Commissioners.

Among the names sent to the state Assembly was a former Commissioner, Queen Victoria Ikenchukwu. Others are Mr. Charles Emetulu, Ifeanyi Osuoza, Mofe Pira and Kenneth Okpara.

The governor also sent eight names to the Assembly for confirmation as members of Direct Labour Agency and Waste Management Board.

For Direct Labour Agency, Mr. Emmanuel Igbini’s name was forwarded as the Director General.

Igbini was the candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party, PRP, in the last governorship election as well as that of the January 6 re-run in the state.by Austin Ogwuda
