The federal ministry of Labour and employment (Skill Upgrading Training Centre, Onikere, Ibadan) organized a business training for all civil servants in federal ministry and registered participants in Oyo state on Tuesday June 29 2021.

The training which was facilitated by top business expert, Emmanuel Smart focused on 21st century work and business skills for civil servants and entrepreneurs.

Emmanuel Smart, the lead consultant and chief executive officer of The Stralution Company Limited taught the participants how to use Google for career and business success. He also discussed marketing and product development techniques that lead to product market fit.

The Stralution Company Limited gave each participant the outvestor audio work product as a gift to help them prepare for life after retirement.

The ministry gave Emmanuel Smart an award of appreciation for his personal and company effort to train civil servants in the ministry.
