One story that has refused to go away and which has remained the biggest news in the entertainment industry is the alleged romance between sultry actress, Genevieve Nnaji and music star, Dbanj. It was one news that blew so many people’s minds and generated has continued to generate controversies.

And in the heat of the controversy, Genevieve openly debunked the story saying that D’banj is not her kind of guy, even though Dbanj had fueled the controversy with his own statement saying Genevieve is the love of his life.

What has however made it hard for people to look other way is the fact that the duo continues to hang out and indulge in each other’s presence.

Recently, Genevieve celebrated her 32nd birthday party in London with Dbanj and friends. The birthday party took place at the elite private members club Bungalow 8 –a sister venue to Amy Sacco’s notorious New York hangout of the same name had only Dbanj as the only guy/celebrity at the party apart from Mathew Mensah, a PR consultant who organized the party for her.

And at the party, they both played the picture of a perfect couple.

The presence of the Koko master as the only celebrity invited to the shindig, further lent credence to the story of love between the two love birds and it went on to dismiss as rumour, all the stories of denials by both lovers.

The question raised by some side kicks to the Koko master is why would Dbanj go all the way to be with her if there was nothing really going on between them? .

Maybe its high time the lovers come clean in public and lay to rest the lingering gist of their romance instead of hiding in the dark and fueling more stories.
