PDP guber candidate mobilises Lagos for April polls

By Gbenga Oke

As President Goodluck Jonathan begins campaign in Lagos today, Deputy governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr Yinka Olatunji has urged Lagosians to vote for the party at the April polls, arguing that Lagos under opposition in the last 12years has been a disaster.

She noted that Lagosians stand to get nothing less than 500billion yearly from the federation account and own a fourth mainland bridge if only they rethink their political choices and vote in PDP in Lagos come April.
Olatunji in a statement, yesterday, she said Lagosians will benefit more from a PDP government in the state rather than the opposition.

“As President Jonathan flags off the party’s 2011 general elections, today, it is time for sober reflection for Lagosians,” she added.
