The red carpet is a runway in itself. It’s where glamour, style and elegance sizzle so much that the chemistry, ever so hot, could set the place ablaze literarily. That is how important and how sizzle-dizzle the red carpet is.

And so, when celebs walk the walk, we expect to be dazzled by the sheer elegance of fashion forward women who sashay on it. However, in these climes, the red carpet has been so misunderstood that many think it so called simply because of its colour. How wrong!

The Red Carpet is a statement platform and no fash forward celeb worth her title, would step on it without scripting her message. While many miss the point, and some go OTT, a few celebs have delighted us with the way they rule on the carpet. They literally own it; stopping us right in our tracks.
