Former Director of the Dr Goodluck Jonathan for Governor, “Green Movement Campaign Organisation,” Chief Fyneman Wilson and one time member of the National Assembly, Senator Inatimi Rufus-Spiff, have joined the growing list of former Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, chieftains in Bayelsa State, who have defected to the Labour Party.
Chief Wilson, the arrow head of the Green Movement, which ensured the emergence of Dr. Jonathan as the Bayelsa State PDP governorship candidate in 2007 before his elevation as Vice Presidential candidate of the party has been appointed as the Chairman, State Caucus of the Timi Alaibe for Governor Campaign Organisation.
Senator Rufus-Spiff, a former Secretary to the State Government in old Rivers State and later Commissioner for Education in Bayelsa State and Mr Talford Ongolo erstwhile Speaker of the state House of Assembly and Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Bayelsa State are to serve as Director and Deputy Director.
