Adaoha Vivian Njemanze, Founder and Principal Consultant of NOVVA Media and  Communications, has been named to the 2026 GLG PR Power List for the second consecutive year. 

The announcement was made on World PR Day, July 14, 2026.

The recognition comes on the heels of her debut on the list in 2024. This year also marks a major milestone for Njemanze as she assumes office as President of  Nigerian Women in Public Relations (NWIPR),  the Nigerian hub of the PR Women’s Foundation, where she leads the inaugural Executive Committee.

It further coincides with her appointment as a jury member for the MMB Music x Brands Awards in Romania. The awards, an initiative of MMB — Eastern Europe’s first and largest international music business conference — recognize excellence at the intersection of music and brand partnerships. Njemanze will serve as the Nigerian representative on the international judging panel.

Njemanze leads NOVVA Media and  Communications, a Lagos-headquartered public relations and strategic communications firm. Since its founding in 2018, the boutique agency has expanded operations to London and New York, delivering strategic communications, media relations, crisis management, and brand strategy across entertainment, energy, fashion, technology, and social development.

Speaking on the recognition, she said:  “This recognition is meaningful, and I receive it with gratitude , first to the clients who have placed their trust in us.
