Inner Core Global Projects Ltd. has recorded two landmark achievements in 2026, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable infrastructure, cultural heritage preservation and strategic public-private partnerships in Nigeria.

The company has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM) for the conservation, restoration and promotion of the historic Durbi Takusheyi Archaeological Site in Katsina State.

The agreement, signed by NCMM Director-General Mr. Olugbile Holloway and Mr. Musa Umar Yar’adua, Founder of Inner Core Global Projects Ltd., establishes a long-term partnership under the Katsina Renaissance Project to preserve one of West Africa’s most significant archaeological heritage sites.

As part of Phase One, Inner Core Global Projects successfully secured funding from the Katsina State Government to enable the conservation and restoration of the priceless Durbi Takusheyi artifacts in the custody of NCMM. The project lays the foundation for heritage tourism, research, education and cultural development while supporting the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda for Arts, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy under the leadership of the Honourable Minister, Barr. Hannatu Musa Musawa.

In a second major milestone, the company successfully delivered and commissioned three state-of-the-art P5 outdoor digital LED billboards strategically located across Katsina State.

Powered entirely by dedicated solar photovoltaic systems, hybrid inverter technology and lithium battery energy storage, the installations represent Katsina State’s first fully solar-powered digital LED billboard network, providing reliable 24-hour operation without dependence on the national electricity grid. Commissioning the project, His Excellency, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, described the initiative as a major step towards improving communication and service delivery across the state.

“Residents will access timely information about government policies, healthcare initiatives, educational opportunities, and business development programs through these high-visibility platforms,” the Governor said. He added: “This is not just about beautiful billboards. This is about using technology to connect our people, strengthen our governance, and create opportunities for growth.”
