The Caleb Danladi Foundation, in partnership with the Njoh Suzzane Foundation, has carried out a humanitarian outreach targeting adolescent girls, widows and orphans in Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

At Samban Gida community, the foundations distributed sanitary pads to over 500 adolescent girls and provided menstrual hygiene education aimed at promoting proper health practices and reducing school absenteeism.

The session featured a presentation by Mrs. Hadiza Yem, who stressed the importance of menstrual hygiene, self-confidence and dignity among young girls.

Speaking during the outreach, Capt. Caleb Danladi, who represented the Caleb Danladi Foundation, said empowering girls with the right knowledge and resources remains critical to their development and future opportunities.

In a related intervention, the foundations extended support to more than 200 widows and orphans at the Pillars of Hope Foundation in Kwoi.

Items distributed included 70 bags of rice, cash assistance and other essential food supplies aimed at easing economic hardship and improving their wellbeing.

Founder of the foundation, Mrs. Kato, expressed appreciation for the gesture, describing it as timely and impactful for the widows and children under their care.
Beneficiaries across the communities also commended the organisations for their support and compassion.

The Caleb Danladi Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable groups through strategic partnerships and sustainable interventions, while the Njoh Suzzane Foundation stressed the need for continued collaboration to reach more underserved communities.

The outreach, according to the organisers, reflects their shared mission to promote dignity, support livelihoods and foster inclusive development across Kaduna State.
