Estate company pledges commitment to ethical practices, CSR in Edo

BENIN CITY – THE management of Biglex Homes Limited has pledged its commitment to ethical real estate practices and corporate social responsibility in its operations.

The Managing Director of the company, Mr. Paul Akarue made this pledge in Benin City during a courtesy visit to the Chief Judge of Edo State, Justice Daniel Okungbowa.

Accompanied by senior team members including Mr. Eke Michael, Akarue also formally introduced the company’s operations within the state and appealed for the Chief Judge’s support and guidance.

He explained that the engagement was part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen institutional relationships while promoting transparency and professionalism in the real estate sector noting that “Biglex Homes Limited, duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, aims to distinguish itself through strict adherence to ethical standards and sustained investment in community-focused initiatives.”

Akarue highlighted proposed areas of collaboration with the judiciary to include specialized real estate education programmes for court personnel “These would cover property law, documentation processes, and investment fundamentals at subsidised rates. Additional initiatives discussed include legal awareness workshops on property rights, land and others.”

Other members of the delegation included Mr Anabuike Gift and the sales team.
