Blockchain founders, Web3 innovators, investors, policymakers and enterprise leaders are set to gather in Lagos for the Africa Blockchain, DeFi & Web3 Summit (ABDS 2026) scheduled to hold from April 29 to 30.
The summit, billed for the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, is expected to bring together key stakeholders in Africa’s rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem to explore opportunities around decentralised finance, blockchain innovation and investment partnerships.
Organisers said the event is designed to serve as a strategic marketplace for ideas, capital, visibility and collaboration as blockchain adoption continues to gain momentum across the continent.
According to them, the summit will provide companies and innovators with a platform to position themselves at the forefront of Africa’s emerging decentralised economy.
Participants are expected to engage in keynote presentations, high-level panel discussions, startup showcases, investment conversations and practical strategy sessions focused on Web3 and decentralised finance.
The organisers noted that ABDS 2026 will also feature curated networking sessions aimed at connecting founders, investors, sponsors and ecosystem leaders, alongside an exclusive after-party designed to foster informal engagement and strategic partnerships.
They added that premium sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are available for organisations seeking brand visibility and direct engagement with decision-makers and potential investors.
“Sponsorship packages offer access to high-value stakeholders, speaking opportunities, product demonstrations and targeted media exposure before, during and after the summit,” the organisers said.
Registration for delegates and sponsors has commenced, with interested participants advised to visit the summit’s official website for further information.
