ASABA – THE African Democratic Congress, ADC, Delta State Chapter, has
dissociated itself from the suit from the suit before the Federal High Court in Abuja, purportedly filed on behalf of the 36 State Chairmen and State Executive Committees of the party against the National Working Committee of the party.
This was contained in a statement by the State Chairman of the party, Mr. Austine Okolie.

“As a responsible and progressive political family, the Delta State ADC firmly believes in established internal mechanisms for resolving disputes and addressing concerns, rather than resorting to external litigation that may undermine party cohesion.
“We remain committed to strengthening party structures, promoting unity, and advancing the democratic ideals upon which our great party is built”, the statement said.
