A Communications Specialist, Oluwatosin Ojebisi, has unveiled a new support initiative aimed at addressing career uncertainty and early-stage burnout among young Public Relations professionals and fresh graduates.
The initiative, known as The Clarity Project, was formally launched in Lagos on February 19, 2026, with a focus on providing strategic guidance, one-on-one mentorship and structured support for emerging professionals navigating the complexities of the communications industry.

Speaking at the unveiling, Ojebisi said the project was conceived in response to what she described as a “defining moment” for young professionals amid an increasingly competitive and evolving job market.
According to her, building a sustainable and high-impact career in Public Relations and Strategic Communications requires more than technical skills.

“Clarity is the light that keeps you steady when the path seems unclear,” she said, noting that many graduates are not short on ambition but often lack structured guidance and safe spaces to process career decisions.
She explained that The Clarity Project is designed to function as a “strategic compass,” helping participants bridge what she termed the “alignment gap”, a disconnect between personal values, career choices and long-term aspirations that frequently leads to burnout and frustration in the early years of professional life.

Ojebisi, who has over six years of active practice in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, maintained that each career decision contributes to a broader legacy.
“Every choice at a professional crossroads is a stepping stone. When clarity is absent, young professionals struggle with doubt and misdirection. But when clarity is present, confidence and stability follow,” she added.

The initiative currently prioritises one-on-one “Clarity Sessions,” which she described as deep, personalised engagements focused on reflection, strategy development and actionable feedback.
She further disclosed that The Clarity Project represents the foundational phase of a broader vision known as The Hope Project, which is being developed to drive wider systemic impact within the career development space.

“The Hope Project is the bigger vision God placed in my heart, but I recognised that the journey begins with building capacity at an individual level. The Clarity Project strengthens the person before they take on the world,” she explained.
Industry observers note that the launch comes at a time when many young graduates face mounting pressures ranging from limited job opportunities to unclear career pathways, particularly within competitive fields such as Public Relations and Strategic Communications.

Ojebisi said the initiative seeks to provide what she termed “dedicated partnership”, a structured environment where young professionals can brainstorm, seek counsel and develop practical strategies for growth.
She added that the project is already accepting bookings from interested participants seeking to “close their certainty gaps” and build careers aligned with their purpose.
