Music heavyweights Davido, Flavour, Asake and Olamide are among the top acts lined up to thrill fans as Coke Studio™ 2025 unveils an expansive programme of music and culture events set to dominate the festive season across Nigeria.
Speaking on the announcement, Senior Director and Head of Marketing, Coca-Cola Nigeria, Yusuf Murtala, said Coke Studio is once again positioning itself at the centre of Nigeria’s famed December celebrations by expanding beyond concerts into a full-scale cultural movement.
According to Murtala, Coke Studio has consistently shaped how young Nigerians experience December through music, live performances and shared cultural moments.
He explained that the brand’s 2025 December takeover will be anchored on its flagship partnerships with Flytime Fest and Rhythm Unplugged, two of the country’s biggest end-of-year music events.
Murtala said that beyond these anchor events, Coke Studio will power a wide range of live experiences across multiple cities.
These include Palmwine Fest, Davido 5ive Alive Abuja, Even in the Day Dance Eko, Group Therapy, Iconiq Fest, Roadblock Fiesta, DJ Tunez’s Blackout Tour, and Adekunle Gold Fuji Live, among others.
“Coke Studio has been the platform amplifying the music, moments and energy that define this generation,” Murtala said.
“Locked In with Coke Studio is our way of tapping into the DNA of December in Nigeria and showing up where culture is created, where connections happen and where memories are made. This is our biggest, boldest and most culturally charged December yet.”
He added that Coke Studio’s artist-led experiences will deliver performances from leading local and international acts such as Flavour, Olamide, Asake, Davido, Rema, Central Cee, MOLiY, Shoday, Dope Caesar, Zaylevelten and DJ Tunez, in what he described as a carefully curated line-up that defines what December looks like when everyone is “Locked In with Coke”.
Murtala also traced the evolution of Coke Studio’s December identity, noting that in 2023 the brand rode the popular “We Outside” wave with its “Outside With Coke” theme, keeping the platform at the heart of Detty December conversations.
By 2024, he said, Coke Studio scaled up with “Flex With Coke”, delivering live experiences, raves and bold stage takeovers that cemented its place at the centre of December celebrations.
Looking ahead to 2025, Murtala said Coke Studio is evolving once again by adopting one of the year’s most resonant cultural expressions, “Locked In with Coke Studio,” as its December identity, signalling a deeper commitment to music, culture and shared festive experiences.
