Nigerian technologist, Benjamin Oyemonlan, has launched the Benjamin Oyemonlan Talent Development Program (BOTDP), an initiative designed to support young creatives and entrepreneurs through skill-based learning opportunities.

The program, which runs on a full scholarship model, provides participants with free access to training in key areas such comprising videography and visual content creation, Food content production, entrepreneurship and startup development, customer relationship management and lifestyle content creation
According to the organizers, participants only require a mobile device or laptop, internet connection, and the discipline to learn independently, as the courses are self-paced and do not require direct supervision.
The BOTDP is also open to sponsorship, giving individuals and organizations the chance to fund learners who wish to benefit from the program. The initiative is being delivered in partnership with AltSchool Africa, a leading digital learning platform.
Oyemonlan emphasized that the program is intended to help young people convert their creative talents into sustainable sources of income.
