The Directors Guild Of Nigeria, DGN, will usher in a new era on Friday, July 17, with the swearing-in of its newly elected executives who will pilot the affairs of the guild for the next two years.

Renowned filmmaker and founder/CEO of Coal City Film Festival, Uche Agbo is the President, leading a dynamic team committed to take the guild to its next level.

Other elected executives include Mrs. Grace Edwin-Okon (National Vice -President), Perekeme Odon (National Secretary), Mr. Ofia Mbaka (Asst National Secretary), Mr. Emmanuel Tagbo Eyaba (National PRO), Mr. Ebuka Onuma (National Treasurer) and others.

The event, billed to hold at Ojez Hotel, in Ebute Metta, Lagos, will also witness the conferment of the Fellow Of The Directors Guild Of Nigeria, FDGN, on veteran producer and director, Zeb Ejiro. FDGN is the highest level of membership of the Directors Guild of Nigeria.
