Nigerian business consortium Brit Holdings has reaffirmed its commitment to empowering its workforce and fostering a high-performance culture by recognizing and celebrating its employees’ dedication and achievements through a series of appreciation initiatives.

As part of this effort, the company rewarded its top three sales executives for 2024 with brand-new cars in recognition of their outstanding performance.

Group Managing Director of Brit Holdings, Dr. Bright Chimezie, stated: “This recognition follows a weeklong Retreat and Staff Appreciation Party, held from January 27 to February 1, 2025, aimed at fostering leadership, innovation, and profitability.

“Other top-performing employees received appliances such as refrigerators, water dispensers, and food processors, while long-serving staff (two to five years) were honuored with awards and household gifts, including washing machines.”

He added: “At Brit Holdings, we believe in the power of people. Our employees are the heart of our business, and this retreat and recognition ceremony is a testament to our commitment to their growth and success.

“By fostering a culture of leadership, innovation, and excellence, we are not just rewarding achievements but also setting the stage for even greater milestones.”

A Senior Faculty Member at the Institute for National Transformation and one of the key facilitators of the retreat, Prince Olumide Olugbenga, highlighted the program’s impact: “The feedback from participants has been phenomenal. Beyond acquiring new skills, many employees have experienced personal and professional transformation—seeing themselves in a new light and developing a strong value system.
“This retreat has ignited a hunger for continuous learning, self-improvement, and leadership.
