Renowned cleric and General Prophet of the Freedom Apostolic Revival International Ministries, Prophet Samuel Adebayo Ojo, popularly known as “Baba Authority” has delivered a message of hope and restoration for Nigeria, prophesying an end to the turbulence and hardship that have gripped the nation in recent years.

Speaking during the annual crossover service at the Ori Oke Ogo, in Asejire opposite Coca-Cola, Ibadan, the prophet assured Nigerians that 2025 would mark the beginning of a transformative era.

The crossover service, attended by thousands of worshippers in person and millions more via online platforms, was filled with prayer, worship, and prophetic declarations for the New Year.

A New Dawn for Nigeria
In his sermon, titled “2025 CROSSOVER TO TAKEOVER,” Prophet Ojo shared his vision for the country:

“The Spirit of the Lord has revealed that 2025 will be a year of divine rest for Nigeria. The storms of hardship, insecurity, and economic turmoil will begin to calm. This is the season for restoration, healing, and progress,” he proclaimed.

Prophet Ojo encouraged citizens to remain hopeful, emphasizing that the nation’s challenges, while daunting, were not insurmountable:

“We have cried as a nation, but God has seen our tears. The season of weeping is over. It is time for rebuilding, for coming together as one, and for taking bold steps forward.”

Prophet Sam Ojo is a respected cleric known for his spiritual insights and community outreach. Over the years, his prophecies have gained widespread attention, particularly for their accuracy.

Beyond his prophetic ministry, Prophet Ojo is a staunch advocate for national unity and social justice.

Nigeria’s Current Challenges

The prophecy comes as Nigeria grapples with multiple crises, including rising inflation, high unemployment, and insecurity. The ongoing effects of global economic shifts have further strained the country’s economy, while political divisions continue to stoke unrest.

Security challenges, ranging from banditry in the northwest to separatist agitations in the southeast, have left many citizens feeling uncertain about the future. Meanwhile, the rising cost of living has pushed millions into poverty, sparking protests and growing discontent.

A Message of Hope and Responsibility

While offering reassurance, Prophet Ojo also called for action from both leaders and citizens:

“This prophecy is not an excuse for complacency. God’s promise of rest requires our cooperation. Let our leaders lead with wisdom and integrity, and let the people work with diligence and unity.”

He further urged leaders to prioritize the welfare of citizens and to tackle corruption head-on:

“We cannot rise as a nation if corruption continues to plague our systems. This is a time for transparency, accountability, and selfless leadership.”

Reactions from the Congregation

The congregation responded with fervent prayers and jubilant praise, embracing the prophecy as a beacon of hope.

Teniola Ayobami, a worshipper, shared her thoughts with Vanguard:

“Hearing this prophecy has renewed my faith. We’ve faced so much hardship, but I believe 2025 will truly bring a new chapter for our nation.”

Similarly, Adekunle Olawale, a businessman from Lagos, expressed optimism:

“Prophet Ojo’s words resonate deeply. It feels like a call to action for all of us to contribute to Nigeria’s healing.”

The service ended as attendees stepped into the New Year with faith sowing seeds for a brighter future.
