Popular musician , Ice K (Artquake ) Olakunle Tomomewo has officially opened another edifice, a state-of-the-art business apartment at Harmony Estate, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos. The twin-building was officially opened on Thursday December 28, 2023.

Ice K of the Alanta fame, who shuttles between Nigeria and U.S.A merged the opening ceremony of the edifice with his birthday celebration.

In attendance were his old friends like Dullera, Daddy Showkey, Tony Tetuila and a host of others.

Music legend, Daddy Showkey congratulates Ice K on this project.

“ I felicitate with my brother and colleague in the entertainment industry. I met Artquake years back at Ile-ife where organizers of a show didn’t want to pay both Ice K and Adex after they performed at a concert. I told the organizers that if they don’t pay Artquake, I would never perform. I returned to Lagos due to that love for the duo. Since then, we have been brothers. This project is an eye-opening lesson to rising stars in the music industry today . I implore them to invest in property management. This is the only way forward after you leave music, “ Daddy Showkey said at the event after he performed his hit song‘ Somebody Call my name’

What also drove the audience wild was the arrival of Tony Tetuila, the golden boy of Africa . He didn’t waste much time, he quickly grabbed the microphone from ace comedian, African Pencile G . He started performing his most accepted hit song, My Car. Fans couldn’t wait with their response as they rented the air with “You Don Hit My Car , Oyinbo repete.

Koni Koni Love fame, Klever Jay, Jazzman Olofin, Dullera, DJ Bammy D, Charle Shee and Fresh also dazzled the crowd.

Dignitaries at the event include; Otunba K , Publisher City Rovers, Kunle Rasheed, Producer Primetime and Kennis Music, Dare Esan , Emmanuel Odole, Tijani Adegbola, Busola Oke, Kunle Afod, Gabriel Afolayan, Kelvin Ikeduba , Lade’ of the (Adulthood fame) and many others.

The Luxury ICEMPIRE apartment and private party hub has a pool, lounge, game house and a lot of leisure items where people can have private parties and fun.
